The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location adjacent to the tram, the Blackpool and the main promenade. My quadruple room had an electric kettle, central heating, and television. The staff was amiable and attentive providing assistance. I spent 1 night and would stay here again.

What a nice place! Amicable and attentive staff, absolutely perfect double room. Tea, milk, cereals, biscuits, and chocolate served for breakfast. Magnificent and particularly good location, to the main promenade. And not far from tram stops.

The location was magnificent - close to the Blackpool in the future, beach and pub and the main promenade. The bedroom was perfect and fantastic. Affable and nice staff was available all the time.

It had marvellous and magnificent location not far from beach and pub and coral island. My quadruple room was fantastic and had basic facilities needed. Stayed for 1 day and didn't want to say goodbye, I would have extended the stay.

My quadruple room was equipped with an electric kettle, central heating and television. There was a bathtub, a plus for me. It was just next door to coral island as well as pub, magnificent location overall. The folks working here were attentive and brilliant.

it's good base for sightseeing and exploring blackpool. the venue has marvellous and peaceful location down to the seafront.
